I opened the bright red frame from the 20 Christmas Time Frames set into my image editor. Then I added the background scenery. After that i added the skating Santa. Next I added the text Merry Christmas with some drop shadow.
I also added some holly decorations into the four corners of the frame and two green pearls in the middle of the gold snowflakes in the frame.
