I opened my photo editor and added one of the Christmas blue frame toppers. I darkened the colour. Then I added a background, which is a photograph of an icy pond, taken by me last winter.
On top of the background photo I added a cupcake snowman and a message sign. I added also some candy cane arrangements into two opposite corners. I saved the file and printed it. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card.
