I opened the red frame into my photo editor. Then I added a yellow patterned background sheet. I cut the patterned paper away from the frame aperture and added another background. I also added Santa's helper into the aperture. I decorated the four corners of the card with poinsettias.

I also added a red frame to replace the original yellow frame of the background sheet. I saved my file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a red base card. I decorated the card with one layer of poinsettia decoupage and four half pearl stickers.
