This card design is available for sale - please see cup206242_994. I used the purple frame from this set on my own white & gold background with a pair of blue stiletto shoes from cup191612_131 (Glass shoes) in the centre.
I applied one layer of decoupage on 2mm foam pads and a scattering of shoes captions. The base is a lilac A5 card backed with cup205436_8 (Pink Petal).
