I layered the beautiful black and white frame over a multi coloured backing paper and then layered a waterfall scenic picture over the top.

I framed the surrounding area with a silver flourish frame then added my embellishments of two fairies, a butterfly, several flower clusters along the bottom and a perfume bottle.
