FRAMES - GOT BLUES? 14 DIFFERENT FRAMES PNG FORMATCompleted by Shirley Thompson

In my graphics programme I opened and resized the lovely fancy blue frame with gold borders. I used this to create my backing paper. I drew a white circle on the A5 card front and added the fancy frame to make the inside of the frame plain white.

I placed a cute dog image inside the frame and bordered it with blue daliahs.
