I put design sheet frame in my Print Master so I could add a picture in the middle of frame.

I actually took some clip art I had purchased and put flower border at bottom edge, like a hedge and added the poodle and some flowers in upper left corner.

I printed twice on photo paper. I cut out the main card and put on backing. Then I cut out decoupage pieces and added to card with s gel. Of course, I love it, I have a poodle at home. Frames are such a good investment in card crafting.
