I also added the square matching frame. Then I added another yellow fancy frame and turned it 45 degrees. After this I added a tiled green background. Next I added the pansy vignettes and the text "Onnittelut", which is Finnish. In English it means Congratulations. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a pale yellow base card leaving no borders. I am going to decorate the card with a ribbon bow and some decoupage pansies later on. ){kind=link}

I opened the yellow Pastel Polka Dot Slim Fancy Frame into my photo editor. I also added the square matching frame. Then I added another yellow fancy frame and turned it 45 degrees. After this I added a tiled green background.
Next I added the pansy vignettes and the text "Onnittelut", which is Finnish. In English it means Congratulations. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a pale yellow base card leaving no borders. I am going to decorate the card with a ribbon bow and some decoupage pansies later on.
