I took one of the frames from this kit, together with an image from cup381617_497, into one of my graphics packages and moved around and resized until I was happy with the layout for a topper for a 6" square card.

I then printed it out onto 300gsm Super Smooth white cardstock and cut out the topper. I took a pre-cut and scored base card and went around the edge using a Cyan ProMarker.

I attached the topper directly to the card front and then went around the outside of the topper with a glitter pen and over the snowflakes ans "star" areas on the dress using a clear Wink of Stella brush pen, although the twinkle doesn't really show up in the photo.

I think that this would make a lovely winter birthday card, but haven't put on a greeting yet as I don't know what language it will be needed in.
