Then I added a freebie photo inside the frame. After this I added blue metal look Christmas paper as background. Into the four corners I added snowflakes. I also added a thin outer frame around the topper. Next I added a tag with text "Hyvää Joulua". It is Finnish and it means Merry Christmas in English.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card leaving a narrow border. I decorated the snowflakes with light blue faux gems.){kind=link}
