I opened the first frame of the set into my photo editor. Then I added a background and a house elf (or kotitonttu, as we say here in Finland) into the scene. After this I added the shield and the numbers. I also found a congratulation text which was written on a staff. So I used it. Next I decided to change the frame and chose a simpler one from the set. It matched this scene better.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a sand colored base card. I re-printed the shield with numbers and attached it on top of the original with foam pads.
