This cut out file of the Rusty topper was brought into my cricut and cut 3.5x6.5 in the holographic flower backing paper.
The photo of the dog also had the Rusty topper cut into it 6 separate times and reducing the size by 0.5 every layer.
Once cut I layered with foam pads from the largest to the smallest. This created my own primage. I added a sentiment to the scalloped edged DL card before gluing down the photo image. Beauty of this Rusty topper is you can make it any size to suit the card.
