I opened one of the Stunning design elements files into my photo editor. Then I added a background sheet with a decorated aperture. I fitted the element into the aperture and added a flower bouquet in the middle of it.
I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a yellow patterned paper. Then I attached my topper on a yellow base card. I added four decoupage layers to the roses. Then I added four corner decorations and some pearls to finish the card.
