I copied the ribbons (into text boxes) onto A4 sheets of 160 gm card from the download (one of each colour and of the same width on a sheet). You decide on the width and length using the text boxes.
The ribbons were chosen to compliment the designs used for the cards. They are going to be so useful and make the cards look really professional.
