I opened the blue Cute Mouse with a Top Hat into my photo editor. Then I added a topper and adjusted the frame color. I also changed the inner frame color. Next I added the mouse and a light source behind it.
I also added the tag Happy Birthday under the mouse. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue base card leaving no border. I will add a decoupage layer later on.
