I used some of these embellishments in my design cup545185_819 Sweet Little Girl and made this card. I stuck the card front to a 6x6 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment tag with sticky tabs.

I finished off the card by sticking the matching insert (cup545187_819) in with dst.
