I opened one of the Easter Minicards 06 Clipart Tags into my image editor. I cropped the outer edge away. Then I added a clover frame and used the cloning tool to fill the gaps between the leaves. I also added cloth texture to the frame.
Then I added the outer metal frame and adjusted its color.
