I opened a background sheet with a frame into my photo editor. Next I added a green wreath in the middle of it. After this I opened the yellow and peach carnation files. I added them into the wreath and also into the corners of the card.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it in a peach base card leaving a narrow border. I will add the congratulation text later on.
