I opened the stairs file into my image editor. I resized it and copied it and mirrored it. Then I added the door from the set on the intersection of the stairs. After that I copied a piece of the window wall element and added it in the gap between the stairs upper end. Next I added the metal bowl in the empty space between the stairs.

After this I added the stone slab yard, building wall elements and the outer frame. Next I added flames into the bowl, a shield into the door, sun decorations into the window panes and adjusted the color of the stairs. I added two wizard boys into the scene. They are welcoming new students.

Then I added the text "Have a magical birthday". After this I added the two lamp posts, two owls and a cat. I changed the cat's right eye to be green. This is my imaginary scene of a wizard school, the Hogwarts.
