Miss Candy Brads & Matching Papers 1 - Cu4cu

I found a glitter frame and opened it into my photo editor as a base for my card. Then I added the green square matching paper from the Miss Candy Brads & Matching Papers 1 -set in the middle of the frame.
After this I added four green brads from the set into the corners of the frame. Next I made a congratulation text from gold glitter letters. "Onnea" is Finnish and it means Good luck or Congratulations in English.
Finally I added some yellow plasma flares behind the letters and in the empty corners of the green area. I saved my file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and decorated the corners with one decoupage layer of the green brads.
