In my graphics programme I used a bud from the small flower image to create a backing paper and added a border using the colour cloned from the flower.

I opened and resized the larger flower and bird images to fit my small squares and again bordered them with the colour taken from the flower.

For the blue card I created three layers and for the red just two. Finally, I added glass hearts as stoppers for the quad easels.
