Trick-or-treat Scrap Kit - Cu
These elements/papers are CU (commercial use allowed). They must be added to a kit, used to decorate a frame, greeting card, scrapbook page, or other project. They may not be sold "as is", nor can you resell this kit "as is". You may not recolor the elements and then resell the kit. You may, however, recolor the elements to match your projects.
You may sell kits and items as CU that you make using this kit.

i made up the design sheet in my graphics program by using two of the backing papers for the background and i added various elements from the kit for the design and before printing the sheet onto photo paper i used extra pumpkins and ghost features to create decoupage.To complete the card i also used the png brad elements from the designer resource kit 255784_1025
