I opened one of the Wild Flower Places files into my photo editor. Then I added some ground with flowers and a cherry tree. Next I added some background with sky and a frame. I decorated the corners with rose ribbon bows. I saved the file and printed the sheet.
I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue base card leaving a narrow border. I decorated the card with one ribbon bow decoupage layer.
