I reduced the size of the image to fit a 7" x 5" card blank. Printed 2 copies onto 160gsm matt photo card. Attached one of the images to the card blank using dst.
I then used 1m LED fairy string lights and positioned each light where I wanted them on the image (e.g. in the windows) and secured them to the image using tape.
I then placed dst all around the edge of the image and positioned sticky pads throughout the rest of the image (to protect the lights).
Then I stuck the 2nd image I had printed over the lighted image and made sure it was stuck down round the edges.
I stuck a small plastic bag on the back of the card to contain the battery container.
