I printed out the design onto crafty Bon's premium matte photo paper, then cut it out. I used some grey 12" by 12" card which I made into the card blank. I covered the card in some dog themed red paper which I had distressed round the edges.
I added the design to the middle of the card using silicone glue, then added some sentiments for decoration.
