I took a frame from cup197254_425 (4 x Leafy Frames) and used it to surround this gorgeous rose image.

I added two levels of decoupage to each of the roses and a sentiment from cup188052_425 (Beige Satin Sentiment Labels).

The base is a 5x7 inch white hammered card.
