Ceredigion Wales, Original Watercolour Painting

I took the image into one of my graphics programs twice. The first one I resized to just under A5 in size, faded the whole image with further fading around the edges. I applied a layer of fine white swirls over the top. The second copy of the image was resized to nearer A6 in size and a small frame was added. I also created a small greetings banner in the same colour as the frame, using white swirls and writing to match those added to the background and this was placed onto the background so that it printed together. The elements were printed off onto Super Smooth white card and cut out. I used a corner rounder punch on the background piece before sticking directly to a tent fold, A5, blue card. The smaller image was stuck on using 1mm deep, double sided foam tape.

This is a really lovely painting by Pamela West that could be used in so many different card styles.
