I took a blue card and added a floral branch backing sheet cut to size. I then added a piece of graphic art, consiting of two types of material and a decorative plaque, printed onto photo paper.

I then printed several elements from this kit onto photo paper and placed them on the topper, using silicone glue to give them height and definition.
