I opened the Spring Fantasy girl into my photo editor. Then I added a nature background and a frame. After this I added a floral vignette to decorate the card. I thought the girl needed wings, so I added a pair.
As a finishing touch I added a scroll with congratulation text. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a dark green base card.
