This topper design is for sale, please see cup515743_994. These are gorgeous dress sets! I put one of them on a shimmering background decorated with hearts, then into a grey diamond scalloped frame.
I selected a silver and black paper to make a card base, then added the topper over-the-edge style and finished with matching sentiments.
