Next I added a frame and some flowers to decorate it. Then I added the background and a ribbon bow.

I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and attached it on a blue holographic base card leaving a broad border. After this I added a lace ribbon around the topper and pearls into the corners. Finally I added 3 decoupage layers to the irises and ribbon bow.
