I opened my photo editor and added a sea bottom picture file. Then I started adding the coral blocks from the Caccoralset 1. I used all except one (which I accidentally forgot to add). Next I added a vintage style frame and a mermaid. Into the corners I added white orchids and green leaves which look a bit like seaweed. Then I added a text shield and some bubbles among the green leaves.

To make the scenery look more underwaterlike, I added a transparent light blue layer. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out and added some real lace around it. Then I attached it on a turquoise base card. I decorated the card with plastic starfishes and a Happy Birthday sequin text.
