I opened my photo editor and added a background sheet. Then I added a frame. After this I added the girl's head into the oval frame in the background sheet. I also added some butterflies and ribbon bows to decorate the card. I saved the file and printed the sheet.

I cut the topper out and attached it on a purple base card. I decorated the corners with decoupage layers of the ribbon bows.
