I opened one of the Cherry Blossom Girl in a White Dress Poser Graphics into my photo editor. I added her a skirt and then I found her a nice background. I attached a frame and decorated the card with white roses. I saved the file and printed it.

I cut the topper out and attached it on a white base card.
