Delicate TutusCompleted by Taina Kankare

I opened the light blue Delicate tutu into my photo editor. Next I added a background and a lace frame. As a decoration I chose bluish roses. I saved the file and printed the sheet. I cut the topper out along the scalloped edge.

I attached the card front on a beige base card. I decorated the card with a 3D-layer of the roses.
