I opened GH_Mystic_Fog. jpg into GIMP for background and added frame5. png from Flourish and Pearls PV. Then I added vintagew6. png on a suitable place and saved it all. I printed the sheet out and attached it on a gold colored cardboard.
Then I attached it on a white card base. As a finishing touch I added some glossy accents into the frame corner pearls.
