I opened the lovely Water Girl Ii into my photo editor. I added her some clothing and positioned her in a waterfall background. I added also two flower vignettes and pearl decorations. I saved the file and printed the sheet.
Then I attached some light blue lace behind the topper leaving part of it to be seen. After this I attached my topper on a white base card. I decorated the card with light blue pearls and some glossy accent.
