I put the first Double Tri-shutter template over the picture of the truck from designer resources.

I put the 4th template over a 2nd picture of the truck I added the girl and two dogs from designer resources to 2nd sheet put Happy Birthday on the middle section Printed it onto 230gsm photo card I cut and scored the 1st sheet and folded then I cut out the panels from the second sheet and applied to the first with foam pads and made an envelope
