Wavy Tri Fold Designer Resource and Print and Cut Card Blank Template
Set of commercial use templates in tiff, psd and jpg format can be used to create printable wavy trfold cards. The flat card is 9 x 6.8 inches, and 3 x 6.8 inches folded. There are 3 layers in addition to the base card, and two sizes of banner shaped sentiment tags. The jpg files could also be printed on cardstock or decorative papers for hand cutting to create physical cards. The jpg files are black outlines to minimize ink useage. Mirror image jpg files are included for printing on the back of paper. A folding guide is included.
Layers are not grouped, so are Photoshop Elements friendly. To make your designing as quick and easy as possible, tiff and psd files include each section of the card on a separate layer, and with entire layers of the card joined.

In my graphics programme I opened the base and coloured it in dark blue. I coloured the 1st layer in pale blue and the 2nd in a dark blue and white snowflake backing paper.
I added sentiments and images to fancy shaped tags and resized them to fit my card.
