Cut-out Shapes Stepper Card Template 4

This stepper template has a cut-out shape on the front panel. You can put a plain colored paper, a printed paper, a dangle, or anything you like in the opening. Cut on the solid lines and fold on the dotted lines. Be sure to see my other Cut-Out stepper templates.
