It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and other applicable intellectual property laws. All notices of alleged copyright infringement must be in writing. When informing the designated agent of an alleged copyright infringement, the complainant must:

Repeat Infringers

Where it has been clearly established that a Craftsuprint Limited user is a repeat offender, Craftsuprint Limited may suspend or terminate that person's account.

Craftsuprint Limited expects all users of its system to comply with applicable copyright laws. Submission of Misleading Information

The submission of misleading information of any sort in a notification or counter-notification submitted to Craftsuprint Limited voids any claim of right made by the submitting party.

What We Do When We Receive A Proper DMCA Notice

Craftsuprint Limited will follow the procedures provided in the DCMA, which prescribed a notice and takedown procedure, subject to the users right to submit a Counter-notification claiming lawful use of the disabled works.
