Hi there, I purchased a pattern this morning from craftsuprint of two granny dolls. It was granny knitting and granny sewing. I received the instructions and two embroidery sheets but there was no pattern for the dolls….am I missing something please.

I have been advised to contact you. Earlier this week i bought your 22''knitting and sewing granny, there are no actual patterns in there, the 2 faces patterns are there but no other patterns ie head, body etc are included.

I have been advised I need to contact you. I recently ordered your 22” knitting and quilting granny doll. When I received the files I did not get the machine embroidery file for the face or the pattern pieces for the doll. All I received was the hand embroidery file for the face and the instructions. The company have told me they don’t have the files and I need to contact you to get them. Can you please provide them.

I have bought the above doll pattern intending to make 2 of them for my 2 little granddaughters. there is NO termplate for the cloth nose in the pattern pieces. could you supply me with a template please

What size eyes do I need to buy? I cannot find any instructions on where or when to insert the eyes.

What size buttons do you recommend for attaching the limbs?
