Thought Id share this cute photo of my little helper I had today, my daughters cat Marie (named after a cat from The Aristocats movie).

She usually sits beside me at night for a while and falls asleep, but she was there today watching me make my new cat design.Then she settled down right in front of my keyboard!

Maybe she was trying to tell me to stop working and feed her :)

weve lived in our present house for 9 years, Ive had a bird table out the front for most of that time, lots of birds visit daily, but one of my favourite birds never visits, Ive tried its favourite food, fresh fruit, but no, they just fly over my house.

But yesterday, to my amazement they decided to land on my bird table! I was so excited and happy!I managed to grab my camera and take some photos before they flew away. They came back today too, I hope they visit every day.Makes me very happy to see them and all the other birds that visit.

Ive always had dogs, always thought about getting a cat, but it didnt happen till two years ago, when my daughter asked for a cat.We adopted a 1 year old cat from a local shelter, her name is Duchess.

A year later we adopted a kitten from the same shelter, her name is Marie. My daughter picked the names from the Disney movie The Aristocats as she loves that movie.On Saturday we adopted our third cat!

A one year old fluffy boy called Mickey.

So thats 3 cats and 2 dogs in our fur family now.One dog and two cats are my daughters, so if she ever moves out, Ill be left with just two.

Which means I can adopt more animals haha!
