Hi Janice. Thanks for your reply. However, no matter how hard I look there is no template in my package. Also, until you mentioned the box I didn't know there was a box, so evidently that is missing too. My package contains 9 pages: front page, Ts & Cs,instructions, grey wall, plaque, inner flaps & door,and elements.Nothing else. Maybe there was some sort of a glitch when they sent it. Mary

The instructions start with the words "draw round the template onto card of your choice". What rtemplate? There is no template in my package.

Hi there i managed cut out all the pieces of the robin in its house but im unsure as to how it all pieces together to get it to go inside the hanging box.. please can you help thanks..

Hi I bought Santas Nice List a4x2 and the large one off crafts you print a week ago. I have printed them off for my grandchildren and was really disappointed as there is a spelling mistake on them. It says Santas Offcial Nice List instead of Santas Official Nice List. the ref numbers are cup750787_905 that's the a4x2...and cup750784_905 that's for the large one.

I purchased "Autumn Delights" card and box set and was dismayed by the lack of instructions. There were three pages of pictures of another product with no written directions. I purchased a winter set that did have directions so I used those directions but should a person that is a beginner crafter purchase this, they may very be lost as to what to do. I feel like this was a mistake and just wanted to make you aware so you can correct it. I love your designs!! Thank you, Patricia Morrison

I'm not starting a business, I just like creating the items and thought that selling some of the finished items would fund purchasing papers etc to continue making crafts. Of course, I would link back to your shop here on Crafts U Print and make sure any images had watermarks to prevent them being stolen.

Totally understand if this is not possible, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

1. Jan, Deck the halls is listed twice, but one of them I think should be the night before Christmas.? I bought them both, but as they are both named the same in the product, I keep getting the same one, not the one on the preview. I hope I have explained that right.
