BATTY BASKET Owl Crochet Pattern Tutorial
This rather cute Batty Basket Owl is not only pretty but also functional as she hides a secret underneath her hat!
Perfect for storing cosmets, ear buds, cosmetic pads etc. out of eyesight and can be made in any colour to suit your room decor
This pattern requires basic knowledge of single crochet (DC in UK terms) and crab Stitch (otherwise known as reverse Single Crochet) although there are lots of Youtube videos explaining these stitches to you if you are a beginner.
Batty Basket Owl is the second in a series of Owls coming your way so keep an eye out as they make super stash busters!

This is a lovely pattern and really useful too. I have used my little owl to store a round tub of cotton buds.
I used 2 strands of double knitting wool to make him as I didn't have any chunky to hand, but it worked beautifully.
If you know basic crochet this pattern will be a pleasure to make. I love it.
