So you see crafts, sewing projects, picture frames with ribbon roses and leaves all over them, and you wonder, "Could I make that?"

Well yes you can! In this download you get 8 picture frame photo size patterns, plus the instructions for how to make ribbon roses and leaves. I give you photo and text, step by step instructions, the patterns, which you can print one frame size at a time, because I give you a table of contents to refer to, so you don't have to print out all the pages at once.

In this download, I the first 7 pages show you how to make the ribbon roses and leaves from double sided satin ribbon, 1/4" or 3/8 wide / 10 mm wide, from 9", 12", or 18" long to make a 3/4" diameter ribbon rose, and then 4-6" length of ribbon to make a figure 8 ribbon leaves to go under the ribbon rose, with 2 pages dedicated to showing you with photos and text, step by step instructions.

The remaining 79 pages of the download, from pages 29 through 85, give you inkjet printer printable pages to print directly onto Ultrahold by Therm o Web. I have a link to a video on youtube, on how to print onto Ultrahold, using your inkjet printer. I wish I did this years ago, because I used to mark and cut my patterns on Ultrahold by hand, and this is SO much easier and faster! Ultrahold allows for your frames to keep their structures, even when washed, plus with the ribbon roses and leaves attached on top, the adhesive will hold them in place from beneath, as well as the stitching and hot glue under them on top of the frame. Your ribbon roses and leaves aren't going to pop off. The Ultrahold pattern pages are labeled as such throughout the download.

Yes, you read right, these frames are washable! I tested one, and it was wonderfully in tact after washing. Just take all of the photos, sleeves, boards, etc., place the frame in a lingerie bag, place in the washer on the cold, delicate cycle using mild detergent like Dollar Tree Woolwash or Woolite. Do NOT use fabric softener. Place standing on a towel to air dry.

The frames are great for giving as gifts, use them to display photos, invitations, table number display frames, name place card holders for dinners, receptions, parties, weddings, showers, events, Thanksgiving, display sale store signs, poem displays. I've made hundreds for one lady alone, and for the events I've mentioned above.

Make simple ribbon roses and leaves, each with just a length of floral colored ribbon, and length of leaf colored ribbon! Or go bold, and use any color that you want! All you need is ribbon, thread, and a needle.

I have used double sided Morex and Offray ribbon from Michaels, Walmart, Joann Fabrics, and even AC Moore Nicole brand ribbons. You can use 3 mm, 15 mm, 22 mm, and 38 mm wide ribbon, in making the frames, and you can use 10 mm up to 38 mm wide ribbon for making the ribbon roses.

Oh, and before I forget, the 2 smallest frames convert to brooch wearables, lapel pin costume jewelry button badges / name tags, with removable / interchangeable easel strut legs and bar style metal brooch pin backs, 2 holes to hold the pin back mechanisms in place, but also the frame has a hole on the back to hang or run ribbon through it and turn it into a holiday tree ornament, or gift tag embellishment!
