My Son booked us a four bed roomed house in Southwold Suffolk for our early yearly family get together. My grandson Isaac aged 2 keeps referring to the house as nannys holiday home ( I wish ). We had a great time even though the weather was not that good..

The highlight of the weekend was a lovely meal one evening in a restaurant on the pier. The food was lovely and to watch the waves crashing on the shore was lovely. Lots of putting, slot machines cups of tea were had by all. Will definitely go back there.

My grandson age 2 has been telling me for ages that he has been on the London eye. They were supposed to go but the trains were playing up and the day out got cancelled.

I did no know this and said to Isaac did you go on the London eye at the weekend and he gave me a good description of his adventure.

Finally last weekend my son and daughter in law took him there, they sent me some pictures saying he was a liar no more.

I met him today and said did you go up in the London eye.

He said no lol He said he had been to an Aquariam and seen a black and orange mermaid. I have attached a couple of funny cards. I hope you like them

The dog in the picture is Rosie, she belongs to our friends. I looked after her last week whilst they were on vacation. She is half Rottie half Douge de Bourdoux.

Last year they moved house and on one of the first few days they let her into the garden and she found a gap in the fence and went for an explore in the farmers field.

On her way back she chose the wrong garden by mistake and was sitting a strangers French window barking to be let in.

I think they were a bit worried as they had no idea who she was or if she was friendly.

Rosie was insistent it was her new house and wanted to come in. She is a really friendly dog and was eventually returned home. I am showcasing a couple of cute designs, I hope you like them

I had a chat with my son and his wife and we all decided that Isaac my grandson would have enough chocolate at Easter and that a nice book would be appreciated. ( pepper pig and Isaac go swimming ).

I had this conversation with hubby when I got home.

Then at Easter this huge egg arrived from us to Isaac. Do men ever listen. The book has not arrived as of yet. MEN. Two great designs I enjoyed working with. I hope you like them.

My friend came round to take me to lunch and Henry my boxer dog was really pleased to meet her.

He spent the lunch date in his crate in the back of my car. When it was time for my friend to leave, this picture was Henry 's reaction.
