... youngest granddaughter, Olivia aged 10, loves all forms of crafting. Ive introduced her to lots of different crafts from cardmaking, crochet, painting etc etc and also painted stones. These stones are painted and then sealed with varnish before being hidden for others to find in a random act of kindness sort of way. Well you can see the excitement on her face in this photo she sent me this week when she found a painted stone! To be fair it is a really beautiful stone with a lovely fairy on it .... Just right for a little girl and of course Olivia loves it!! ... Below are 2 of my Animated Moveable Wobble Head Card Kits .... Ive got lots more to choose from too! lol

So! The conversation went like this:Daughter: Theyve got a little girl kitten as well, that no-one wantsMe: I dont want a catDaughter: But just look at her. Shes gorgeous. Were having the boy so, it would be nice if you had his sister.Me: Im not looking because if I look, Im going to see that cute little not and soft little paws. So dont show me the cat.Daughter brings up picture of cat on her phone. Too late! I saw the kitten and my heart melted all over the floor!So Ive got a little friend who likes to help me whilst Im designing. Her names Tink

Its hard when the pussy cat is sitting on my keyboard and chasing my computer mouse as I try to design. But Ive managed to make a few new cards, this week.

Christmas Dress Up! by Sue Way

I see a lot of lovely pictures of Golden Retrievers sitting in front of the Christmas tree in some sort of festive outfit. They all look so cute that I decided to have a little practice with Billy and Sam for when our tree goes up. Well as you can see from the pictures, it didnt go too well. Billy sat still, but looks absolutely furious! But Sam just said no way! Maybe I will have more luck on the day, but I doubt it lol

The first three rooms in our house Renos are all but finished! Three bedrooms are now complete apart from floor coverings. We wont be doing the floors as we are having carpet in bedrooms but as we still have to strip walls and ceilings out in the rest of the place, weve decided until the whole house is stripped, replaced and plastered and painted (done with airless sprayer),just going by the amount of dust from those rooms alone, the dust will find every nook and crevice and get into the carpet. Trying to seal off the rest of the place while doing those rooms helped but we were finding dust in everything. It has taken us nearly 6 months to do these 3 rooms as it has just been my hubby and myself mostly although we did have help from the kids to put the plaster up and they also helped do the first coat of paint on the walls when they had time. So our next dilemma is deciding where to start doing next. Kitchen is a total gut job and there is a butlers pantry to be built off that, our Bedroom needs ceilings replaced, the ensuite off our bedroom is a total gut job, and every ceiling sheet needs to be replaced in the rest of the house, so trying to figure out where to start next is fun…….not. But we are excited to have completed those rooms now and feel like weve actually achieved something. The photos are Real Estate photos, during and complete (Holey room is getting curtains put up as I write this).

Much Better by Tina Fitch

Here is the little one that I didnt really expect to see anymore, He looked awful, with mange on his back and not really a lot of fur left. I thought the cold would get the better of him,but hes been coming for food regularly and he seems to be on the mend with his fur now covering what was bear skin... he still has a few nics in his skin but overall he is much better.And seeing him sit in the sun was lovely knowing he looked like he was getting better.

A years gone by already?! by Rachael Dunne

I cant believe my little man was one year old last week. It seems like only yesterday that we brought him home from the hospital wrapped up in a tiny bundle and now hes running around the house, full of mischief! Its amazing how much they grow and develop in such a short space of time. And look at him already, serving ice cream at the local soft play centre!

Bubbles Travels by Janice McFarlane

My youngest grandson Harry goes to an after school club called Ben Club. The Ben part is because it is situated at RAF Benson. They do various activities and each wee a child is selected to take home Bubbles or a Treasure Box for a week. Harry had been waiting to take home Bubbles who happens to be a multi coloured cuddley elephant. Last week Harry was finally selected and he was over the moon. So when the family went out and about at the weekend Bubbles went too and various pictures taken at the different venues. This picture was at the Christmas cafe at the local church with Harry and Bubbles enjoying a hot chocolate and cake.

Our lovely Grevillia by Amanda Assenbruck

My photo today is of one of the lovely Grevillia flowers that we have here. We try to keep as many native species of Flora as we can to help out the wildlife. We have Grevillia in other colours as well. The bees were very happily buzzing around when i took this photo but didnt want to land for a close up! All of my products are on discount from the 9th to 12th of December. Hope you find a bargain.
