hi

I purchased this design and although the main image is fine the cat is distorted in the box and gift envelope as the aspect ratio is wrong.

please can you rectify and advise what I should do

Hi there, can I start by saying you are my favourite designer on CUP and I have alot of your designs. I love your older designs with the 3 layers of decoupage but also the new ones with money wallet etc. I recently bought some of your Christmas designs including this hippo one. My question is when it is a whiter design I am struggling to see the edge of the design on my paper, yes I have tried wearing my glasses lol. But I keep cutting down too much. Is there anything you can tell me to make this easier. Thank you so much for your time and keep up the lovely work.

Is it possible to do this without the bead/flower thing on the glass please, I like to decoupage the images and i think that will spoil it lol

A big fan with over 100 downloads. Unfortunately I have a problem. Royal mail now charge £1.65 to send a 7" x 7" card. Have you any simple instructions for reducing to 6" x 6" . Once word got round of mailing price my customer base dropped to 2 or 3 regulars.. I only sell for £1 (hobby not business) so £1.65 is ridiculous. Can you help, please. John Willis

can you make this card without 40th on it, sometimes there is a blank version as well

I bought both this item, and cup1279850_2229, this morning.

May I ask why you chose to design the box with black tabs?

It seems not only a waste of ink, but incongruous to the colour pallet of the designs, and although some tabs are hidden in the construction, it looks very odd as the colour of the tabs used to secure and open the lid

Good morning! I was wondering if it would be possible to do Christmas bauble with religious picture. Nativity maybe? I make and donate to schools and nursing homes. They enjoy the baubles because they can hang on their tree. Please let me know

Hello! My question isn't about the card, but I do want to say that they are AMAZING! I have become familiar with your cards and have purchased some recently. I look forward to making them, but I will probably print it 3 to 4 times to use as decoupage. You do have a range of design styles so not all could be decoupaged, but many could. Also, I'm fascinated about your 'person' designs which I like the best. You made many multiple's of some of the nursery rhymes, but only 1 Superman design, or Captain America, or 1 Frozen Princess. Maybe they are in your pipeline? Thanks for reading this!
