I have been asked regarding other designers using my art for their kits etc NONE of my designs can be for commercial use.
You can make cards with them and sell the cards that you make from them, as many as you want but you must not use all or part of my designs for your own designs, no shring of my designs with anyone, no recolouring, giving or selling as downloads or printed sheets. All of my designs are protected by strict copyright.
All designs on sale by me in my Gallery can be used to create cards and projects, personal or for sale, But they must not be sold, shared or given free as downloads or printed sheets or part of any other compilation of art or design involving DVD, Download Kits or Packages etc. you do not have the right to pass this on to others in any form other than hand finished projects.
If you are unsure and have any questions regarding your legal use of my designs, Please check with me before you use them.
I have worked hard on my designs, it has been a lifelong project, So please respect me and my art and make use of it only as requested to do so. If you see my designs on Pinterest and other such sites this does not mean that they are in the public domain.

To be clear, If you purchase my downloads , you may not use my designs as part of your own Designs for download. Use only in Making cards for yourself or for cards as finished projects to give or sell for personal gain or Charity. That is the extent of the permission you have for the downloads you purchase here. You may sell any item you make using my downloads but you will infringe my copyright if you sell or share the download itself in digital or printed form Including any graphics contained in the design. No mass production of my designs is permissible.
